Warranty Information

Our unbreakable commitment to quality extends to all of our products. As such, every Wesley Collection item we sell is covered under our 10-year guarantee for manufacturing and mechanical defects (to the original purchaser).

Should an item become defective we will replace the necessary components or, if necessary, the complete product. If for some reason the product is now discontinued we will assist you in finding a comparable replacement.

This warranty does not extend to normal changes that come about through general usage. Living finishes (copper, bronze, etc.) and issues arising because of installation, repairs, improper maintenance and similar mistreatment are also not covered.

Products that are not part of the Wesley Collection are covered by the manufacture’s standard warranty. Please ask for details on a specific item by contacting our customer support team at 833.482.6828 or [email protected].

Additionally, the warranty doesn’t apply to damages as a result of shipping, which is covered under the “Shipping” portion of our Customer Service section.
