Returns

We strive to make our return process hassle-free. Any product from our Wesley Collection can be returned for a refund within 90 days of receipt. You will responsible for return shipping fees. Products from drop ship suppliers have a 30 day return policy. The item must be in salable condition and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as any restocking fees.

  • The item has already been installed or appears this way (scratches/marks/blemishes/evidence of installation products used).
  • The product has been in some way changed or cared for improperly.
  • You purchased an item that is in some way customized (painted tubs, etc.).
  • The item is damaged or defective; please contact us in this instance. We will replace the item under warranty or credit you for the purchase.
  • • If an item is designated on the page as being non-returnable.
  • Items requiring modification are not eligible for returns. This includes air tubs, insulation, custom painting, and drilled overflows.

RETURNS ON TRUCK SHIPMENTS

Return shipments for truck orders will be assessed the actual return shipping cost, regardless of the items involved. Make sure to keep the original packing materials as you will need to use these to return the merchandise. Please call customer service for details on how to return an item delivered via truck (along with the return shipping cost). Additionally, you will be assessed a $100 return fee to send back an item that ships via freight truck.

RETURNS ON DROP SHIP ITEMS

For products shipping directly from the manufacturer, a return will incur a 20-25% restocking fee (depending on the vendor's policy). You will also be responsible for the return shipping charges; please call us for an RMA number from the vendor to include on the package.

PACKAGE RETURNS

If you need to return a package item, please complete the below steps:

  • Place the item in its original package or a secure box of your choice (plain box preferred).
  • Conceal or discard any labels/stickers/other markings.
  • Write the order number somewhere on the outside of the box so it is visible/obvious.
  • We will issue you a FedEx label at a reduced rate. Should you choose to utilize a different return shipping method such as UPS or USPS you will be responsible for the shipping cost. We do not refund expedited shipping costs paid for on the original shipment.
  • Please seal the box well before returning.

RETURN TIMELINE/REFUNDS

Your return will generally arrive to us within 7 days of shipment. Please then allow roughly 2 business days for the item to be returned to stock. Within approximately 10 business days your financial provider will credit you the appropriate amount. We will email you a confirmation once the return process is complete.
